Simonsberg mozzarella is famed for its 20cm stretch. Made from real Jersey milk, it's delicate and low in fat.

The soft, elastic texture and easy melting properties make it the preferred cheese for pizzas and baked dishes. It's also great in salads and on sandwiches.

Good to know:
Mozzarella gets its name from the Italian verb mozzare, which means 'to cut', relating to the spinning and cutting method used to produce this well-loved cheese. The term mozzarella was first cited in a cookbook in 1570.
