Cream Cheese
Simonsberg's low fat cheese was awarded a gold medal
in its category at the 2008 World Championship Cheese Contest.
The contest featured just under 2000 entries from 19 countries.
Simonsberg's "Best of Class" triumph came in
the largest World competition ever hosted. "Best of
Class" winners at the World Championship Cheese Contest
earn a gold medallion encased in a glass and metal plaque,
along with a blue ribbon.
